Al Mouj Muscat has achieved Oman\u2019s first ever<\/u> BREEAM sustainability status, earning the internationally recognised certification for Golf Beach Residences, a collection of luxury family homes at the oceanfront lifestyle destination.<\/p>\n
BREEAM is the world\u2019s most established international sustainability certification organisation which since 1990 has rated more than half a million buildings worldwide. It uses 10 different measurement categories such as management, innovation, energy, water, waste and pollution to rate a building\u2019s environmental performance and give it a score.<\/p>\n
Al Mouj Muscat is the first organisation to achieve this highly demanding and prestigious certification in the Sultanate, once more establishing Al Mouj Muscat as a community that continues to define design excellence.<\/p>\n
Golf Beach Residences are 51 spectacular oceanfront mansions and beachside villas situated in private gated neighbourhoods within Al Mouj Muscat\u2019s Shatti and Golf Districts.
