\u200bReaffirming its position as the leading developer of the year, Al Mouj Muscat (AMM) has secured a victory at the Real Estate Asia Awards 2024, earning the title of Office Development of the Year \u2013 Oman for its Business Park. This marks AMM\u2019s third consecutive win at the awards, highlighting the excellence and innovative design of the Business Park and strengthening AMM\u2019s reputation in the real estate sector.<\/p>\n

The state-of-the-art Business Park is celebrated for its eight standalone buildings set across two districts \u2013 three in Business Park East and five in Business Park West, combining G+2 and G+3 structures that integrate seamlessly with natural landscapes. Built to exacting grade A standards, the buildings are separate yet seamlessly connected by beautiful landscaped gardens and outdoor spaces, designed for business networking. The complex offers 39,000 square meters of office space, with flexible floor plans and access to basement car parks with between 115 and 148 spaces per office block.<\/p>\n
