Notice: Storing items in car parks

It has been brought to our notice that some residents arestoring various kinds of items in their car park space. Pleasenote that no items of any kind can be stored in parking spaces.It is not only an eyesore, but a serious fre hazard.

Several things including boxes, household furniture, toys,BBQ stands, gas cylinders, kayaks and fuel have been foundin the parking sheds. Storing any item within the basementcar parks; either along the walls or in and around yourparking bay is a direct flouting of the community bylaws.

Please arrange to remove all items stored immediately. Anyitems found in the parking space hereafter will be confscatedand disposed. We appreciate your cooperation in the matter.
