Al Mouj Muscat Celebrates Winning Two Prestigious Titles at Real Estate Asia Awards
Muscat, 4 August 2022: Oman’s premium lifestyle destination Al Mouj Muscat has received regional recognition at the Real Estate Asia Awards 2022, winning two titles in a prestigious awards program that celebrates the most innovative real estate developments and companies across the Asia Pacific region.
Al Mouj Muscat’s magnificent Zunairah mansions received the Luxury Residential Development of the Year, and Beyond Dreams, a promotional campaign for its exclusive collection of contemporary Golf Beach Residences won Marketing & Brand Initiative of the Year. The awards programme recognizes major breakthroughs, innovations as well as key players across the real estate industry with the two awards providing external affirmation that Al Mouj has set a new benchmark for unparalleled and luxury living. Marketing & Brand Initiative of the Year
Golf Beach Residences’ Beyond Dreams campaign impressed judges through an unconventional creative approach that was extremely effective as, in addition to the high number of hits on digital platforms, it generated [delete this: fact mentioned in par 2: over 38 million video views and became the most watched video in Oman and over 1,300 sales leads, resulting in 90% of the villas selling within four weeks of launch.
Sales for the sophisticated five-bedroom homes exceeded initial targets and, as Salma Al Hashmi, Vice President of Marketing explains: “The high-end design of the villas meant we needed to capture the imagination of the most discerning customers and so we built on the insight that to ‘live in luxury’ today extends beyond the physical product to a desire for unique experiences and emotional equilibrium.
“It is why the campaign tells a fairy-tale about a gentle-yet-bold female protagonist and her connection with a mythical unicorn which inspired by the legend of the Arabian Oryx, is a metaphor for the rarity, beauty and prestige of Golf Beach Residences’ premium offering.”
Luxury Residential Development of the Year
As to Zunairah winning the Luxury Residential Development of the Year, Mr. Al Sheibani credits this to a number of factors including listening to customers, understanding changing aspirations and creating homes with a focus on sustainability. He says: “A true sense of luxury is the ability to live in harmony in a place where life can be lived at its best. That sense of being able to determine what you want from each day whether it is adventure or privacy, homes for a large gathering or for quiet reflection.”
