We’re delighted to unveil the newly renovated, restored and re-tiled Townhouse Block 2 passageway. The passageway is an essential pedestrian thoroughfare from Street 4 on to Way 422, directly into the heart of the Sector1 Villa Community.

Despite the challenges of the pandemic, and a complex but comprehensive repair required to the expansion joint beneath, we are happy to say that works were finished on time and to exacting specifications.
