Al Mouj Golf reaffirmed its standing as a premier international sports destination by hosting the Clutch Pro Tour, a leading European development golf circuit, from April 1 to 3, 2025. The tournament marks another milestone in Al Mouj Golf’s growing legacy of welcoming high-calibre international competitions and underscores Oman’s rise as a host nation for elite sporting events.
Recognized as premier feeder tour to the European Challenge Tour and DP World Tour, the Clutch Pro Tour serves as a launchpad for rising golf talent, attracting both emerging players and experienced professionals seeking world ranking points and competitive experience. Its debut at Al Mouj Golf brought together a diverse field of 130 exciting professional golfers from over 20 countries, further reinforcing Oman’s status as a strategic sporting hub in the region.
Over three days of competition, spectators were treated to an exciting display of golfing talent and a finale that came down to the wire. Callum Farr of England emerged as the champion in a truly clutch performance under pressure. Carding rounds of 68, 68, and 69, Farr finished 11-under-par to secure his second Clutch Pro Tour title of the season, edging out a strong international field by a single stroke. James Ashfield of Wales claimed second place, while Reis Suart and Egor Eroshenko tied for third, each delivering standout performances that kept the leaderboard tight until the final putt.
